My husband and I would like to thank several employees who always go out of their way for us and make The Lodge the best place to live. They are DeNalle, head of housekeeping, who always goes way beyond what is expected; Evan, a Server in the dining room who is simply the best. I had given the Lodge at Mallards Landing a positive review in the past but wanted to add to it.
My past review was about the Independent Living side. This time it is about the Memory Care Center they have that my mother is a resident of. I go to see my mother most days I am in town. The staff is incredible, all of them of the personal attention they give and how well they manage and control many various situations that are not easy to do. Aymi, Emily A. and Emily Stevenson are just amazing as is all of the memory care staff. I could not be more pleased with where she is at considering the situation that brings someone to this level of need.
The staff at Mallards Landing does a fantastic job making their residents feel connected. I have watched my dad enjoy his time here.
The happy hour on Thursdays with live music has my dad and others singing and having a great time.

This is a wonderful caring community. All of the people who work here care and I feel lucky to be here. All of the care givers know how to be present and it has made a big difference to me and my recovery.

This place, the lodge at mallard's landing is beautiful, people are good, kind, and really care. I have worked at a lot of assisted living places and here at the lodge I feel at home, I feel like mallard landing is my assisted living and memory care family. I recommend, if your parents, loved one is looking for a place, stop looking, because mallards landing is the place to be.

We were really struggling to find a place that was the right fit for my in laws. When we found The Lodge, it was perfect! The Executive Director made time to meet us and really connected with my mother in law. On our tour other residents were happy, smiling and laughing with us and the staff. It was actually a fun experience. We are sooo stinkin happy.

Beautiful setting, peaceful atmosphere, and an incredibly compassionate team. The staff at The Lodge at Mallard’s Landing truly care about their residents and their community—it shows in everything they do. Seeing residents with smiles on their faces warmed my heart. Clearly the leadership takes care of the team and the residents!

I have been to many facilities in an effort to find my mother the right fit and I can honestly say from the moment you walk through the doors your greated with a smile and kindness. I arrived without an appointment and the staff including the executive director found the time to talk with me, answer my questions and show me around. The residents I saw were happy and laughing with the staff. That’s what we need more of!

I have visited the Lodge at Mallard's Landing twice now. I felt at home there having met some friendly residents and welcoming hospitable and caring staff.
I appreciate their dog friendliness as well as a wide variety of activities to choose from. I met with a resident ambassador who answered my questions and explained how they help people to adjust when they are new.
The Lodge is well located and next to a park with walking trails.
They can be there for you from independent living through the end of life or memory care which as a "solo senior" is very assuring.
I hope to move here in the near future and make this my new home❣️
